Hotel Playa La Media Luna - Isla Mujeres

Hotel Playa La Media Luna offers guests a peaceful escape on a secluded beachfront, while at the same time is within walking distance to a variety of restaurants, unique shops and entertainment.

The hotel day starts from hour 15:00 and ends at 12:00.

Please note that guests must pay in MXN pesos at exchange rate the hotel has during the guests arrival. VISA and MasterCard credit cards, as well as traveler checks are accepted. Guests must bring pesos if they intend to pay with cash.

Please note that in order to generate an invoice guests must request it at the moment of booking and provide the full information. No invoices will be made at the moment of check in or during the stay.

Due COVID-19, housekeeping is made every 2 days during guest stay.

100% smoke free space. By official disposition according to the anti-smoking law, smoking is prohibited inside the hotel facilities (including open areas). In case the guest is seen breaking the law, he will be made available to the corresponding authorities.

Two-Bedroom Apartment - Fourth Floor upstairs: please note that for this room type is located on the fourth floor, there is no lift and you have to go upstairs by foot.

Classic Ocean Front. Overlooking the sea and the seaside pool area, this room is located close to the lobby on one of the 3 floors. It is fitted with 2 double beds and a terrace or balcony with a hammock. ;
King Room with Ocean View. Featuring a balcony or terrace with a Mayan hammock, this room includes ocean views. ;
Apartment with Kitchenette. This apartment is located on the ground floor. It offers a sea view from the terrace with a hammock and from the living room with a sofa bed and a dining area. The apartment also includes 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. It is fitted with a ceiling fan, cable TV and a safe. The unit features an interconnecting door to another apartment of the same category. Housekeeping services are available every other day. ;
King Suite with Hot Tub and Terrace Ocean View. This suite comprises a reading area with a futon and a terrace with a hot tub and sun loungers. Due to safety reasons, children younger than 16 years are not allowed. ;
Palm Garden View. Located on any of the 3 floors, this room comes with 2 double beds, a mini fridge and a microwave. It is equipped with a balcony with a hammock and a view of the patio pool and a nautical wall mural. Interconnected rooms are available in this category. ;
Budget Room. Featuring a balcony with a Mayan hammock, this spacious room includes a mini fridge, microwave, and views over the plunge pool and garden area. ;
King Room with Garden View. The spacious double room provides air conditioning, a minibar, a balcony with garden views as well as a private bathroom featuring a shower. The unit offers 2 beds. ;
Two-Bedroom Apartment - Fourth Floor upstairs. Boasting a private entrance, this air-conditioned apartment comes with 1 living room, 2 separate bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, kitchenware, an oven and a microwave. Featuring a terrace, this apartment also features a minibar, a tea and coffee maker and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. The unit has 5 beds.
